- Helps communicate limited-time offers without changing product data.
- Allows customizable labels, colours, typography, and spacing.
- Can be positioned near important product purchase information.

Timer Behaviour & Product Requirements
Countdown Timer adds urgency messaging to supported WooCommerce product pages without changing the underlying product price, sale schedule, or inventory.
Evergreen Countdown
The evergreen timer runs for the duration configured in Woo Sales Booster and is designed to provide an ongoing countdown experience for visitors.
Configure a realistic duration that matches the promotion or urgency message shown to customers.
Example: A timer configured for 2 hours can display the remaining hours, minutes, and seconds according to the module’s countdown behaviour.
Important: The timer itself does not automatically create a WooCommerce sale, change a product price, or schedule a promotion. If the timer refers to a discount or sale, configure the corresponding WooCommerce pricing separately.
Product Targeting
Before displaying a countdown on a product:
Go to Products → All Products.
Confirm the product is Published.
Make sure it is visible on the storefront.
If the countdown promotes a sale, confirm the product’s WooCommerce Regular and Sale prices are configured correctly.
Update the product if you make any changes.
Use Woo Sales Booster targeting settings to control which supported products or pages display the countdown.
Tip: Make sure the countdown message accurately reflects the promotion customers will receive.
Woo Sales Booster Setup

Go to Woo Sales Booster → Modules → Countdown Timer.

Choose the supported product or display targeting options.
Select where the countdown should appear on the product page.

Example configuration:
Message: Limited-Time Offer Ends In
Duration: 2 hours
Display: Near the product purchase area
Recommended test:
Confirm the timer starts and counts down normally.
Refresh the product page and verify that its behaviour matches the configured evergreen countdown.
Test a product that should display the timer and another product that should not.

Clear site and browser cache before retesting.
Timer Appears on the Wrong Product
Review the module’s product or display targeting.
Check for overlapping targeting rules.
Save the settings again after changing the selected products or conditions.
Promotion and Timer Do Not Match
The Countdown Timer does not automatically create or change WooCommerce pricing.
If the timer advertises a discount:
Check the product’s WooCommerce Regular price and Sale price.
Confirm the promotion shown in the timer message matches the actual product offer.
Update either the product pricing or countdown message if they do not match.
Timer Expiry Behaviour Is Unexpected
Review the module’s expiry-related settings where available.
Use a short test duration to verify what customers see when the countdown reaches zero.
Save the configuration and test again in a clean browser session.
Timer Looks Different for Different Visitors
Evergreen countdown behaviour can depend on how the module maintains each visitor’s countdown state.
When testing:
Compare results in the same browser before switching devices or private sessions.
Avoid clearing browser/site data during the same test.
Check the configured evergreen timer behaviour before assuming the timer is incorrect.
Layout or Styling Looks Incorrect
Review the Countdown Timer placement and design settings.
Check for theme or page-builder CSS conflicts.
Test on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Clear WordPress, server, CDN, and browser cache after changing the design.

Free Shipping Bar
Show customers their progress toward the free-shipping threshold and encourage them to add more products to the cart.
Key Capabilities
- Displays the remaining amount required for free shipping
- Updates the progress automatically when the cart changes
- Supports customizable initial, progress, and success messages.
- Allows colours, typography, spacing, and progress-bar styling.
- Provides a responsive layout across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
WooCommerce Setup Required
Before using the Free Shipping Bar, configure a Free Shipping method in WooCommerce. The Woo Sales Booster bar shows customers their progress toward the free-shipping goal, while WooCommerce controls when free shipping is actually available at cart and checkout.
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones.
Open the shipping zone where you want to offer free shipping.
Add or edit the Free shipping shipping method.
Set Free shipping requires to A minimum order amount.
Enter your required order amount, for example $75.
Save the shipping method.
Important: Use the same minimum amount in WooCommerce and Woo Sales Booster so the progress bar and checkout shipping rule stay synchronized.
Threshold Source Explained
Woo Sales Booster provides two ways to determine the free-shipping goal.
WooCommerce Shipping Zone
Uses the minimum order amount configured in the customer’s matching WooCommerce shipping zone.
Recommended for live stores where different countries or shipping zones may have different free-shipping requirements.
Custom / Fallback Threshold
Uses a fixed amount entered directly in Woo Sales Booster.
This is useful when:
You want one consistent free-shipping goal across the store.
A matching WooCommerce shipping zone does not have a minimum free-shipping amount.
You are configuring a demo or testing environment.
Example: If your store offers free shipping at $75, enter 75 as the custom/fallback threshold.
Tip: If you use the WooCommerce Shipping Zone option, make sure each relevant shipping zone has a Free Shipping method with a minimum order amount configured.
Woo Sales Booster Setup
After configuring your WooCommerce shipping rules, set up the Free Shipping Bar inside Woo Sales Booster.
Go to Woo Sales Booster → Modules → Free Shipping Bar.
Enable the Free Shipping Bar module.
Under Threshold Source, choose:
WooCommerce Shipping Zone to use the minimum amount from the customer’s matching WooCommerce shipping zone, or
Custom / Fallback Threshold to use a fixed store-wide amount.
If using a custom threshold, enter your free-shipping goal, for example 75 for a $75 target.
Choose how the Progress Subtotal should be calculated.
Customize the Amount Remaining, Goal Unlocked, and Empty Cart messages.
Configure the bar’s Placement and Visibility.
Adjust the design settings if required.
Click Save Changes.
Test the bar with cart totals both below and above the free-shipping threshold.
Recommended test: Add a product below the threshold and confirm the remaining amount is displayed. Then increase the cart total above the threshold and confirm the success message appears and WooCommerce offers Free Shipping.
Shipping Settings Recommendation
For a cleaner checkout experience, WooCommerce can hide paid shipping options automatically when the customer qualifies for Free Shipping.
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping settings.
Enable Hide shipping rates when free shipping is available.
Click Save changes.
When enabled:
Below the free-shipping threshold: Customers can use your normal paid shipping method.
At or above the threshold: Free Shipping becomes available and the other shipping rates are hidden.
Example: If Standard Shipping costs $5.99 and Free Shipping starts at $75, customers below $75 will see Standard Shipping. Once the cart reaches $75, Free Shipping will be shown instead.
Troubleshooting
If the Free Shipping Bar does not behave as expected, check the following:
Free Shipping Bar Shows the Wrong Amount
Confirm the correct Threshold Source is selected in Woo Sales Booster.
If using WooCommerce Shipping Zone, verify that the customer’s matching shipping zone has a Free Shipping method with a minimum order amount.
If using Custom / Fallback Threshold, confirm the entered amount matches your intended free-shipping goal.
Free Shipping Does Not Appear at Checkout
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones.
Open the customer’s matching shipping zone.
Confirm that Free shipping is enabled.
Check that Free shipping requires is set to A minimum order amount.
Make sure the minimum amount matches the threshold shown by Woo Sales Booster.
Paid Shipping Still Appears After Free Shipping Is Unlocked
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping settings and enable Hide shipping rates when free shipping is available.
Progress Bar Does Not Update
Refresh the cart and confirm the cart subtotal changes correctly.
Check that the Free Shipping Bar module is enabled.
Clear any WordPress, server, CDN, or browser cache if the previous threshold is still displayed.
Different Countries Show Different Thresholds
This can happen when WooCommerce Shipping Zone is selected because WooCommerce may use different free-shipping minimums for different shipping zones.
Use Custom / Fallback Threshold if you want one consistent free-shipping goal across the entire store.
